Why we don’t use nnEMF blocking products, and what we do instead!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but a sticker on your phone isn’t doing anything.. sorry! What’s the best way to protect yourself from EMFs? Distance, not expensive products.
This is a hot topic. In a world of quick fixes, companies have capitalized on fear to sell a fix.
Find a pain point and provide a solution.
The idea of putting a sticker on your phone and having it “harmonize” EMFs is marketing at its finest. The solution is “harmonizing” yet we have absolutely zero evidence, aside from these companies privatized testing, that it works. There is no way to measure how well harmonizing works, unfortunately. On the popular harmonized products I’ve looked into, the studies found are entirely uncontrolled and dependent, often missing a lot of key information. A few popular harmonizing devices have been tested by professionals and have been found to emit high levels of EMFs.. so rather than “harmonizing” they are adding to the noise.
Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, is and MD who studies EMF and the connection between chronic disease, an expert in the field. He believes these products don’t work at best, and at worst, create very false sense of security/
Let’s talk products;
Shielding products are all the rage. From phone cases to blankets, they are being sold everywhere. They sound amazing in theory, and in some cases, they do work.. but there is more to it than that!
The issue with them? They shield the body parts covered, but have been shown to magnify the areas that are uncovered! Yikes. New research calls these “hot spots”. Think of a cell phone pouch, the phone slides in and covers all sides of the phone except the top, and while it’s shielding where it’s covered, it’s emitting concentrated levels through the open area!
A blanket covers the entire body except the head, potentially creating a hot spot.
Okay, but shungite works right?!? Womp, womp, it has the same issue as metal fabrics. It needs to be covering an entire surface in order to block anything. A two inch square necklace will protect just that… two inches.
Bottom line: Harmonizing stickers are not worth it, and shielding products need to cover the entire person (think bed canopy with sheet underneath of the bed), or encase the entire phone (think pouch with top cover that closes entirely.) You should not be able to get a signal if the phone is being properly shielded. The best way to mitigate is distance!
But, don’t fear. There is a lot we can do to support our bodies from unnatural EMF exposure. There is so much fear around nnEMF’s in the natural living world, and a lot of inaccurate information!
Eating your protection is something you are probably already doing, and it’s a lot simpler than running away in fear to the woods!
Some tips on what to prioritize;
Magnesium; In short, EMFs can impact how calcium is moved in and out of cells, flooding cells with calcium by opening the calcium channels. Magnesium is a natural calcium channel blocker. As well, these frequencies have been shown to deplete magnesium! As with any mineral, it doesn’t work alone. Magnesium needs potassium and sodium to function properly! I personally find it hard to get enough magnesium through my diet, so it is something we supplement.

Broccoli sprouts; why? They are one of the richest sources of sulforaphane. Sulforaphane has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuroprotective properties. As an antioxidant agent, it increases glutathione in the body. Glutathione is a master antioxidant playing a crucial role in regulating oxidative stress and protecting cells from free radicals.
Antioxidants; richly colored fruits and veg support the body in repairing and reducing oxidative stress!
Bee propolis; My family chooses to consume a lot bee products in generals (honey, Royal jelly, propolis) because of their antioxidant properties as well as rich B vitamin profile. In a cellular study, Chinese propolis protected the cells from damage, maintained collagen activity, and turned on antioxidant glutathione genes.
Vitamins C + E; both potent antioxidants have been shown to protect the body from cellular damage. We eat our C, and supplement our E!
Oysters; why? They are full of zinc, copper and selenium. All important minerals for cellular protection and integrity. Research shows that selenium can help to protect mitochondrial function by inhibiting cell damage while also enhancing mitochondrial biogenesis.
Did you catch it? We are looking to block calcium channels that have been manipulated, increase minerals lost through nnEMF exposure and protect + support cellular health.
